Authors may be eligible for free APC if the manuscript includes at least one international author with a valid Scopus Author ID and the author has made a substantive academic contribution to the manuscript. The editorial board reserves the right to verify and approve the APC waiver request.

Payment Procedure

APC payment instructions, invoice details, and payment procedures are provided only through the official journal submission process after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
